These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Pathway Generator(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract (or have par/guardian consent) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
2. The Service
The Service generates personalized AI-learning curriculums that reference free, third-party educational resources. Curriculums and resource links are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
3. No Guarantees; Educational Content "AS IS"
The Service and all generated content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality, or availability of any curriculum or third-party resource, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome — including learning results, certification, employment, income, or career advancement.
4. Third-Party Resources
The Service links to content operated by third parties. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, availability, pricing changes, or practices. Your use of third-party resources is governed by their own terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating laws; infringing others' rights; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access; scraping or overloading the Service; or using it to generate unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid ("Pro") features are billed through our third-party payment processor. Fees are disclosed at purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a prospective basis.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, its software, and its design are owned by AI Pathway Generator and protected by law. Generated curriculums are for your personal use. Third-party resources remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI Pathway Generator AND ITS OWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Pathway Generator and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you and AI Pathway Generator waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law. Venue for any permitted court action lies in Texas.
12. Changes; Termination; Contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will require renewed acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion. Questions: contact us via the email on our site.
